The Open Spoon Foundation was established in July 2011 as a Texas not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the public benefit.

The Open Spoon Foundation’s first project is referred to as Project Spoon. It is guided by our Spoon Project Vision.

The Open Spoon Foundation is a Texas non-profit corporation under IRC 501(c)(3). It is governed by its Board of Directors.
